Coloured and black PPF in Delhi.
Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
Black PPF options on our film list are Garware Black Gloss and XPEL Ultimate Plus Black.
Product choices
Black film or another colour.
Garware Black Gloss is listed at 210 microns and XPEL Ultimate Plus Black at 220 microns.
Our current film list names black options, not a wider colour range. The yellow Thar in our historical footage is an earlier colour-change example, not a current colour catalogue.
Black PPF changes the visible colour of the covered surface; clear PPF over black paint preserves the paint colour underneath.
See Scorpio-N PPF options for model-specific finish and coverage questions.
| Choice | Film or example | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Black PPF | Garware Black Gloss or XPEL Ultimate Plus Black | Film, finish and panels agreed before work. |
| Another colour | Yellow Thar footage from our archive | An example of previous work, not a current colour chart. |

Compare materials
Colour PPF and vinyl.
Colour PPF combines a colour change with a physical protective layer. Vinyl wrap is a different material category used for appearance changes; its protective properties depend on the specific product.
Our black-film jobs include preparation and installation, with the film, finish and panels agreed before work.
| Compare | PPF | Vinyl |

Coverage and quote
Colour, scope and price.
Use the PPF price guide to compare a material-only listing with an installed job. GST is extra.
For a finish rather than a colour discussion, compare matte and satin options.
Before colour work
Registration and care.
Before agreeing a colour change, check with the registering RTO or relevant transport authority whether approval or an RC update is required for your vehicle and proposed change. Confirm the current process directly before work starts.
Care and removal instructions are specific to the chosen film.
Colour questions
Black films and colour choices.
Which black PPF films are available?
Garware Black Gloss and XPEL Ultimate Plus Black are the two black films on our list.
Which colours can I choose?
Black is the named colour option on our film list. Earlier yellow-Thar footage documents a historical job, not an offer of every colour today.
Does changing the colour affect registration?
Check current requirements for your proposed colour change directly with the registering RTO or relevant transport authority before fitting, including whether approval or an RC update is needed.
What does black or coloured PPF cost?
The two listed black films differ in product and thickness: Garware Black Gloss is 210 microns; XPEL Ultimate Plus Black is 220 microns. The car and chosen panels also affect the installed quote. See PPF quote factors.
